1. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking a cab, renting a vehicle, or requesting a quote through the Rudra Cab website (https://www.rudracab.in/), WhatsApp chat, telephone hotline (+91 6205456281), or our travel dispatch team, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding service agreement between the passenger (or person making the reservation on behalf of passengers) and Rudra Cab, located at Chapariya Tola, Mainatand, Narkatiyaganj, Pashchim Champaran, Bihar - 845451, India.

2. Scope of Services Offered

Rudra Cab operates commercial chauffeur-driven taxi and car rental services encompassing:

• One-Way Outstation Taxi: Point-to-point drop services across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Nepal Border corridors where you pay strictly for the single travel direction.
• Round-Trip Highway Cab Services: Inter-city return trips, multi-day tours, pilgrimage visits, and holiday itineraries.
• Airport & Railway Transfers: Scheduled pickup/drop services to/from Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport (Patna), Gorakhpur Airport, Darbhanga Airport, and key railway hubs (Narkatiyaganj, Bettiah, Muzaffarpur, Gorakhpur).
• Local Hourly Rental Packages: 4hr/40km or 8hr/80km packages for local city errands, meetings, and business visits.
• Valmiki Tiger Reserve & Safari Trips: Specialized nature tours, jungle safari transport, and Nepal Border crossing drop-offs.
• Wedding & Event Fleet Logistics: Decorated luxury sedans, multi-seater SUVs, and Tempo Travellers for wedding parties and corporate groups.

3. Booking & Dispatch Confirmation

Submitting a booking request via our online form generates an inquiry summary. Final booking confirmation is completed when:

• Our dispatch desk confirms route availability and shares the fixed/estimated fare quote via WhatsApp or phone.
• The passenger accepts the quote and confirms pickup coordinates and scheduled departure time.
• Driver details (Chauffeur Name, Mobile Contact, Vehicle Model, and Registration Number) are dispatched to the passenger at least 1 to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.

5. Vehicle Seating & Luggage Capacity

For your safety and in strict compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, passenger counts must not exceed permissible vehicle registration capacities:

• Economy Hatchback (Swift / WagonR): Max 4 Passengers + 2 Standard Luggage Bags.
• Comfort Sedan (Dzire / Aura / Amaze): Max 4 Passengers + 3 Medium Luggage Bags.
• Premium SUV (Ertiga / Carens / Scorpio): Max 6 Passengers + 4 Luggage Bags.
• Innova MUV (Innova Crysta): Max 7 Passengers + 5 Large Luggage Bags.
• Luxury Tempo Traveller: 12 to 26 Passengers + Dedicated Commercial Luggage Compartment.

6. Passenger Conduct & Prohibited Items

To maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant journey for all riders:

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking, tobacco consumption, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all Rudra Cab vehicles.
• Alcohol & Illegal Substances: In accordance with Bihar State prohibition laws and national transport safety statutes, carrying or consuming alcohol, narcotics, or contraband inside the cab is strictly forbidden.
• Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, explosives, weapons, or hazardous chemicals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Respectful Interaction: Chauffeurs and passengers are expected to treat each other with dignity and polite courtesy. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passengers engage in abusive, disorderly, or unlawful behavior.

7. Delays, Route Diversions & Force Majeure

While Rudra Cab drivers pride themselves on punctual pickups and smooth highway navigation:

• We cannot be held liable for travel delays caused by unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather (dense winter fog, heavy rainfall, flooding), sudden highway diversions, VIP route closures, protest road blocks, or severe traffic congestion.
• In the event of unforeseen highway roadblocks, our driver may take the safest alternative detour after informing the passenger. Additional distance incurred may adjust fare calculations accordingly.

8. Vehicle Breakdown & Replacement Guarantee

All our cars undergo strict periodic maintenance and mechanical inspections. However, in the rare event of a mechanical breakdown or puncture en route:

• Our dispatch desk will immediately arrange a replacement vehicle from the nearest city hub without extra base rental charge.
• If a replacement vehicle cannot be mobilized within a reasonable timeframe, the fare will be computed pro-rata strictly for the distance traveled up to the breakdown point, and any advance balance will be promptly refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability & Personal Belongings

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, cash, electronics, and valuables during transit. While our chauffeurs will gladly check the vehicle and assist in returning any accidentally misplaced items reported immediately, Rudra Cab shall not be held liable for forgotten or damaged personal items.

Under no circumstances shall Rudra Cab's aggregate financial liability exceed the total booking fare paid by the passenger for that specific trip.

10. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to services rendered by Rudra Cab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pashchim Champaran (Bettiah / Narkatiyaganj), Bihar.
